Counseling is a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery, where clients feel safe, understood, and supported in becoming the best version of themselves. My passion for counseling comes from the opportunity to serve as a supportive guide as clients work toward greater well-being. I partner with clients to create meaningful change through a strong therapeutic relationship, encouragement, and reflection on past experiences and present goals.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, sadness, confusion, and challenges related to past experiences. I especially enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate life transitions, identity development, and early adulthood. My approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how these patterns impact daily functioning.

I also incorporate a strengths-based perspective, supporting clients in building resilience and practical tools for everyday life. Faith-based counseling is available for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process.
