Healing and growth are possible for everyone. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, working through past experiences, or seeking meaningful change, you’ll find a supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create. Together, we’ll approach your goals with warmth, honesty, and collaboration, creating a therapeutic relationship that empowers you every step of the way.

At the beginning of your sessions, my focus is on making you feel safe, seen, and heard. We will work together to build self-awareness, deepen your understanding of yourself, and create a game plan tailored to the life and healing you’re seeking. Much of my work is person centered, attachment based, strength focused, and emotion based. I work with people of all ages, but I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Some common mental health areas I focus on include anxiety & panic, depression, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem and confidence, behavioral challenges, parenting, relationship difficulties, anger management, emotional disturbances, parental wounds, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and faith based/Christian counseling. If you’re looking for a safe place to truly be yourself, make some changes, grow as a person, and get the healing and emotional safety you deserve, I would love to connect and be a part of that journey!
