With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across community mental health, outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead organizations of varying sizes, giving me a broad perspective on providing high-quality, client-centered care while supporting the development of clinicians and healthy practice cultures. These experiences have shaped my belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, regardless of where they are on their journey.
Whether you are seeking counseling or professional supervision, my approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. In therapy, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. In supervision, I provide a supportive and challenging environment where developing clinicians can strengthen their clinical skills, ethical decision-making, confidence, and authentic professional identity.
The values that guide my work are simple: people come first, authenticity creates connection, holistic wellness matters, integrity builds trust, growth is always possible, and diversity deserves to be honored. My goal is for you to feel supported, empowered, and equipped—whether you’re pursuing personal healing or professional growth.
