I am a counselor who feels deeply called to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges. My journey began with a natural ability to listen, empathize, and support people during difficult moments, which has grown into a strong passion for helping others discover their inner strength and capacity for change. What inspires me most is seeing the transformation that happens when someone feels truly seen, heard, and supported. I believe every person has the ability to grow and heal, and it is a privilege to be part of that process.
My work is grounded in compassion, respect, authenticity, and hope. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and feel genuinely understood. My counseling style is supportive and collaborative, with gentle guidance when needed. I view therapy as a partnership where we explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.
In sessions, you can expect open conversation balanced with structure and purpose. We will begin by getting to know your story and goals, then work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My aim is for you to leave each session feeling encouraged, understood, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. I focus on building trust through consistency, active listening, and respect for your pace, creating an environment where you feel safe and valued.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while tailoring each session to your unique needs. I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and feelings of being stuck. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can grow, heal, and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion. Have Hope, Walk with Strength and Live with Compassion for others.
