With more than 20 years in the behavioral health field, my career began in community mental health and has included outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. I also founded, grew, and sold a private practice, which deepened my understanding of clinical work, systems, leadership, and business operations.
My counseling approach is relational, integrative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel seen, supported, and empowered which align with my core values.
Additionally, a meaningful part of my career has been supervising developing clinicians and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
