Position Summary
Synergy Counseling Services is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our growing clinical team in South Carolina. This role is ideal for clinicians who wish to focus primarily on providing high-quality therapy and assessments without the burden of extensive administrative, billing, or marketing duties.
We handle the business side of practice so you can focus on client care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy services.
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Adhere to all ethical guidelines, clinical standards, and state regulations related to professional practice.
Actively participate in clinical supervision and team meetings (with provided supervision integrated into work hours).

Required Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted clinical license in the state of South Carolina (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, etc.).
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
