You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. During difficult times, having someone walk alongside you can make all the difference. Counseling offers a supportive, compassionate space where you can process your experiences, regain a sense of hope, and discover the strengths that will help you move forward with confidence and purpose I meet clients where they currently are when they walk into my office, validating their experiences and empowering them to take charge of their lives. My counseling style is direct while always being supportive. I build trust with my clients by taking away the “mask” of a counselor and showing them that behind the degrees and license and training is a human being just like them offering them support and guidance.

I want my clients to feel supported and hopeful when working with me and throughout the treatment process. I provide support for my clients when they are feeling overwhelmed, or unsure, stuck in the same situation, grieving for themselves or others, or just wanting a listening ear. I enjoy working with children and adolescents, families, those who are experiencing grief, vulnerable populations, and groups of all ages. I am confident in my proficiency when working with clients who are in crisis mode, facing a significant upheaval in their lives, assisting with overcoming anxiety, or providing support for those who have experienced trauma, abuse, and domestic violence.
