Starting therapy is an important step, and finding a therapist who feels like the right fit can make all the difference. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful growth and change.

Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy interventions to help them express emotions, build coping skills, and process experiences in developmentally appropriate ways.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients gain deeper self-understanding, strengthen practical coping strategies, and feel more confident in managing life’s challenges.
